Wedding Contract
Please download our Bridal Agreement and Wedding Contract to confirm the services to be rendered for the Bride and wedding party.
The Bridal Agreement and Wedding Contract must be completed and returned, with your deposit, within 48 hours of scheduling services or the service(s) and time(s) requested will be forfeited.
About our Wedding Services:
- Please download our Bridal Agreement and Wedding Contract and return, with deposit, within 48 hours.
- All booking for weddings are made on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
- Your appointment date(s) and service(s) will be secured when the signed contract and deposit have been received.
- All reservations for parties of up to 5 people must be reserved and guaranteed with a $150.00 deposit. Parties of 6 or more must be reserved and guaranteed with a $250.00 deposit.
- The reservation(s) and deposit are due within 48 hours of scheduling services.
- The bride/individual signing and submitting the contract is the only person permitted to authorize, submit and change any arrangements for the wedding party.
- Sandee Story (Salon Coordinator) and Lisa Purinton (Salon Owner) are the only authorized personnel to accept and make any requested changes.
- You may mail or any changes or requests.
- Cancellations require a two week (14 days) notice prior to the service date. Deposits for reservations canceled prior to 14 days of your scheduled appointment(s) will be refunded.
- Cancellations not made with at least a 14 days notice will be charged a cancellation fee (8-13 days notice will be charged 50% of the total and a 1-7 days notice will be charged 100% of the total).
